These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Digital Chemistry website (digitalchemistry.xyz) and any software products sold through it, including Halide Film Texture OFX (“the Product”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Company Information

2. Products & Licensing
When you purchase a product from Digital Chemistry, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software on up to two (2) machines. You may deactivate a machine at any time and activate another one. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license with others.
3. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you will receive download links for both macOS and Windows installers via email and on your order confirmation page. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT/tax. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.
5. System Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for the product before purchasing. GPU support details and performance benchmarks are provided on the product page. Digital Chemistry is not responsible for performance issues caused by unsupported hardware.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and materials on this website are the property of Digital Chemistry. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our products.
7. Beta Software
Some products may be offered in beta. Beta software is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We will work to resolve issues through updates but make no guarantees regarding timelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digital Chemistry provides its software “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Chemistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
