All sales of digital products from Digital Chemistry are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software, all purchases are non-refundable once the download links have been delivered. Please review the product description, system requirements, and performance benchmarks on the product page carefully before purchasing.

EU Consumer Rights – Waiver of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content upon purchase and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download links are made available to you.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate purchase)
• A critical, verified defect prevents the product from functioning entirely and we are unable to provide a fix
